Re: trac off/ trac active and abs module problem
I know basically nothing about ABS except, my '95 TC has a module for each wheel. To find where the problem is you must pay Ford many $$$$$$$ just to check it with their tool and then many more $$$$$ to fix it.
Sorry, but that has been my personal experience. If someone knows a better way I'd like to know it because there are three more modules- on my car.

Re: trac off/ trac active and abs module problem
guys i have noticed one more thing regarding trac active / trac off , trac active light always comes at the speed of 38/39 miles. if i drive less or more than 39 it wont come on . im guessing it could be speed sensors too. any ideas plz help

Re: trac off/ trac active and abs module problem
Try the speed sensor. Interesting that it comes on at 38-39mph, the same speed that the overdrive kicks in. Is your speedometer displaying correctly? I had to change my speed sensor on my '96. It was extremely easy and cheap. Fixed speedometer, overdrive and rpm a little.
