Yup, Jhonny Law busted me for street-racing.

Wanna know the kicker? I WASSNT EVEN RACING THIS TIME!

Seriously an active racer like me who loves to throw down all the time and the one fucking time a pig nails me Im not even racing.

About a month ago I was heading home from work on this tiny two lane street (s.w. 72nd for my Miami boys.) I get to a light and just sit there when my wife calls me and says the baby (my son) is crying alot cause he is teething and the pain medicine ran out. So now I gotta go to the pharmacy and pick up some more pain killer for the kid. okay so light goes green, I got places to be shit to buy, I take off you know, not slow but not like launching either. Well the Mercedes next to me has to get ahead of me so he can merge so he takes off kinda quick too. I see he needs to merge and back off, a black pick up truck takes the opportunity and jumps out in front of me from the strip mall next to the street, I slow down to like 5 mph cause of the stupid truck cutting me off, I go around him and continue speeding (50 in a 40) towards the pahrmacy.

Get this, 10 blocks later....10 BLOCKS LATER! a cop comes up behind me and pulls me and the merc (whom I had just now caught up to) and says me and him where street racing.

so now I got a lawyer, cost me $1500.00 plus whatever court fees I have to pay later. and I might have to serve time cause argueing a street racing case in a city like Miami with sooooo many ricers and soooo many accidents is really hard.....specially when you drive a Goat.

Nah dude, it wassnt the Merc guys fault. He was just rolling his way and I was driving mine, He had no intention on getting me in trouble and he in turn got hit with a bullshit charge same as me.
the fucking cop was the asshole. he knows we were not racing.

All I can say is keep cool, don't have any outbursts in court, and just chill. I know, I know, you and I both have the same anger issues and that is much easier said than done. But this is why you have a lawyer. Good luck to ya bro.

If you do get locked up for it...Horde egg rolls. I'm not sure about Florida, but out here, the weekend county lock ups, plenty of street racing brethren that have been nabbed say that if you horde the egg rolls, they are legit currency for protecting your anal virginity. If you go in for more than three years (doubt that lol, but hey, this is America, and crazier things have happened), I'll give you a call when I'm out of law school. That, or I'll just round up a posse and break you out. Looks like I need to get my "Free Dado" shirt changed to "Free Mushiman"

Last time I was in jail, peanut butter was the craze. And save your snacks, people trade up all the time for anything around jail/prison.

I highly doubt you'll do time, much less than a weekend or something. Other than that, you're lawyer should get you out of the jam pretty easily. It just looks better for you if you can afford one. Which in turn, usually lets the courts know that you have enough money to afford one. By that indication, they'll just assume you have the money to pay a hefty fine.

In the end, that's pretty much what I see happening. A slap on the wrist, with a fine attached. Good luck brudah!

no i dont have my J.D. , but maybe talk to your lawyer about pleading guilty to a lesser charge, pay a fine or something for speeding. good luck in court

That is the biggest load of bullshit I've heard in a while. That is so assinine. What a complete asshole. This street racing crap and to cops is getting out of hand.

Last year I was pulled over for doing a burnout in the Stealth. I was going around a turn and I accelerated faster than someone might normally go but not crazy or anything. I asked the cop how I managed that on a stock 320HP AWD car.

I'm sorry man. Hope it pans out and you don't have to go to jail.

if the guy in the benz got a bs ticket, and he pleads it, or goes to court on it to defend himself. i dont know if it's allowed but see if you can't use him as a "defendant?" against the cop, and if both of you state ur not street racing then the judge should let u off with just a 10 over, if the officer can prove it.

Let us know what happens in court. My brother in law just got busted for something. They let him serve his time on the weekends so they didn't screw up his life.

the biggest thing here. the officer has to prove beyond doubt that u and the benz were racing. if he can't prove it, then u go home, and spend time with the baby.
