my idle keeps stalling how do i adjust this to increase idle.

My idle literally goes up and down for a little then just stalls.

last time this happened my brother turned the idle up and it corrected the problem for a while but now it flucuates and stalls. always! its dangerous for driving.

my question is how do I turn my idle up which will correct this problem I know where the throttle is but how do i increase it so the idle is increased

Re: my idle keeps stalling how do i adjust this to increase idle.

A. Timing is used to fine tune the control of idle, so check base timing (VFAQ.com)
B. TPS on the 2g have the ISC sensor on them so proper alignment in the TB is critical, make sure to follow the VAFQ.com to align correcly. Unless you have Dsmlink, then you can log the TPSvolt's
C. The bliss screw may need adjusting to bring fast idle up/down, check VFAQ.com
D. Your MAF is fucked, wich would through a DTC light and would put you in limp mode..

I can't tell from your sig if you have a turbo or not..

Good luck.
