Engine swap

I have a 1988 f150 with a 315w and a 1990 f150 with a v6 both are fuel injected. I plan on doing an engine swap putting the 351 in the 1990 f150. would i have to change the wire harness and computer?

Re: Engine swap

I would definately say the computer and probably the wiring harness. If you own both trucks it would be easy to check plugs and measure the computer plug when the engine is removed.
