2005 Grand Caravan
When I turn on left blinker right blinker flashes. Right flashes intermittently when turned on. Any Ideas folks?

According to the schematic I'm looking at, Chrysler, in their never ending efforts to make the biggest bucks from our headaches has integrated the combination flasher module into the body control module, better known as the BCM. That means instead of a $50 part it's now a $300 part.
It appears the only two players in your issue are the BCM and the multifunction switch on the steering column. Tough to say for sure which is the culprit but, considering price only, I'd go with the switch first. If you can use a meter you may be able to find "the smoking gun" before you fork over the bucks. You may get lucky and find "the gun" on a visual inspection of the connections.

I put my $$ on the multi-function switch. What your describing is exactly what my wife's 2005 did both times the switch went bad. Its very easy to change. 15 minutes tops.
