92 Eagle Talon will not start HELP PLEASE!!!

"I have a 1992 Eagle Talon my problem is that it will not start but turns over. I checked all fuel areas and everything with that is ok. I checked spark and that is good, i then did a compression test and two of the cylinders are at 0 the other two are at 120. I took the head off and seen that two of the 16 rocker lashes were very lose and they are next to the two cylinders that have a compression of 0. Any ideas and does it sound like a valve problem. I also checked the timing belt and that is still ok."
