Window problem

My 2004 GC Larado - the drivers side front window will only come down about half way. All others operate correctly. Any idea what I need to do to fix it. Have tried silicone spray in the window channel, but no help.

Does it have a decent speed when it moves up and down, Have you checked inside the door panel for any binding ?

The window travels at about the same speed the others do, but stops half way.
