no start Stratus
just bought a 2000 stratus. It has no codes . has spark , has fuel pressure, will start on carb cleaner and idle. I have a red flashing light on upper right instrument panel . have turned key in both door locks. someone told me the light is the onboard security system. any ideas would be appreciated.
