95 4cyl. probe

runs fine,,,friends had it 6 yrs,,, n over 50 check engine has aways came on ..he said never did anything n his mech sez fergit it ...anyways i bought it for my daughter..as said runs fine light will come on at speeds...howerver new issue n one i question is once in awhile car will start,,,, n idle will hump up n down erratic...then be fine ..may do it right away may be a few daze...aways runs fine jus will idle strange...any input...air cleaners clean maf is clean..the iat is purty hard ta unplug ta test...any common this is it type things ...thanks pappy

Go to Advanced or Auto Zone and get it checked for codes. Then tell what they are. They do this as a free service.

update : cleaned the maf ...no diff. replaced wid junkyard maf...no diff... cleaned iac no diff...replaced wid junkyard iac n seems to have cured the humpin idle n dying now n then issue...one note my maf n iac were nice n clean the junkyard ones were nasty black goo...but seems there iac werks n mine dint thanks guys paps
