89 accord wont start

have a 89 accord that wont start. it is fi has 300,000 miles on it. It is getting spark. fuel pump is running. the only time it will start is if you spray some starter fluid in it and then it will run till burns that off and then cuts off any ideas where to start troubleshooting and what all to check for any help is appreciated.

Start with fuel pressure! If you here the pump running that doesn't mean that the pressure and volume are right. If those are good then check compression may be to low to let engine biuld compression. But very unlikely.

Yeah you need a minimum fuel pressure to open the injectors...I don't know the spec offhand but most need in the neighborhood of 35 psi at the rail...

Check the fuse and grounds for the injectors also...
