Transmission Oil Cooler Radiator Fitting Leaking

98 GP SE w/3800 Series II. Lower (just my luck) tranny cooler fitting is leaking at the radiator. I can see ATF dripping off the quick-connect fitting while the engine is running. I've seen a procedure to remove/replace the 3-eared clip that holds the hose in the fitting, but I can't seem to find out if there's a seal at the end of the hose that can be replaced.

I haven't pulled it apart yet and I know if there's corrosion at work on the fitting then the hose and possibly the radiator will need replaced. Any advice on repairing this leak is appreciated.
