2003 Impala: are the driver side and passenger side wiper arms the same?

Hi guys!

Back in winter I stupidly broke my passenger side wiper arm due to ice on the windshield. Anyways, it seems I only need a new arm (I can see the pivot/bolt the arm is connected to moving when the wipers are turned on, just the arm itself won't move) The driver side arm works fine.

I went to several auto parts stores, but they only carried driver side arms for some reason. I looked online and found arms, but it didn't specify what side. Is it the same for both? I've had a hell of a time trying to find a place that carries the passenger side arm.

Also, are they difficult to install/swap out?
