2000 Speedometer & Tach Quit "no bus"
Hi everyone:
I searched this topic and found a few dead end posts on this subject. Hopefully I didn't overlook the cure. Anyway, while driving, 2 or 3 times a week my speedometer and tach drop dead, and my check engine and airbag light come on. "no bus" is shown in the odometer display. All of my other gauges continue to work fine during this episode, which only lasts about a minute or two. It usually occurs within 10 minutes or so after leaving my house. Seems like a loose connection??? Any ideas? Thanks for any suggestions! Bryan 2000 Cherokee Sport 4x4 4.0L Last edited by landmapper; 08-12-2008 at 05:46 PM. |

Thanks Ray.
I'll work on finding the connector that you are talking about and tighten and clean it up. It hasn't given me the problem since my original post. But, its worth checking out. Thanks. |
