1995 Cont electrical issues

Does anyone know why the Brake light out displays on the information center when all the brake lights work? Also the turn signals flash fast but they all work?
Also it tells me that the Washer fluid is low and it is not??
Any help would be appreaciated.. Bryan

There may be a bulb out somewhere in the brake light chain. The sensor is set to a pre-measured load and when it comes up short you see a warning. This also occurs when someone replaces the standard bulbs with LED's. Check the ones in the 3rd light (high brake light), there should be two bulbs lit in there.

Turn signals might be having the same issue..

Washer fluid: the float is shit. It sinks and gives you a warning it's low. Sometimes this is caused by mineral deposits on the float mechanism, but more likely the damn thing is just dead (like mine). I don't know if the float can be replaced w/o replacing the whole water.. but you might be able to bypass the warning by unplugging the float connector. I haven't looked at the circuit details, a jumper might be the way to go.
