ecm fuse blows

I put new tank,sending unit,fuel pump in my 89 blazer and every time i turn the key it blows the fuse. ground & wires are good.could it a short some were.

If the fuse blows when you turn the key on, yes, you have a short somewhere. You'll want a wiring diagram for the system to determine what all is on the circuit. Your local library may have an online service where you can view and print the wiring diagram.

You also should consider posting this in the Blazer forum as they may know of a common problem that would cause this condition.
