Mario Kart Wii
anybody play? i tried to ask this in the civic/crx ot a couple of months ago and nobody seems to play. i figured i would now try asking here.
anybody play it online?

last night my 11yr old daugter had a friend stay the night who had never seen a N64 before. whoa...! she busted out the Mario Kart. I hadn't played in awhile. it's funny how different it actually looked from what I remember when it first came out after coming off playing the newest kart on wii.
I like it on wii. I'm not the best but, I have gold +2 star or better on every track....so I have to be at least decent. I have found playing online is a whole different game as there is no programmed A.I. which becomes a little predictable. You know the A.I. won't do things like drop stuff right at the ? boxes where humans will. online there is also the possibility of multi-player apponents sitting right next to eachother in the same room both firing 3 shells at the same time hurling 6 shells at you at the same time. holy cow that sucks. since this is an automotive forum I thought I might find some other people with the game and play in a private race to see what that is like compared to as many as 11 stranger and who knows how many are multi-player "teams"

Played this at my friends house awhile ago and its pretty fun and a lot harder than I expected. Its perfect for the wii, but I gotta keep on practicing so I don't get my ass handed to me each time. I thought the one for GC was horrible. Can't be the OG

I've played it once, want to see me frustrated, let me play golf. Need to have a harvard degree or be a 4th grader to play the darn thing.
