Daytime Running Light problem
2004 LeSabre - the DTRL appear to be full intensity lights (low or high beam depending on what is selected), not the reduce intensity high beams. However, lockinnunlocking appears to flash the reduced intensity high beams. Any ideas?

Re: Daytime Running Light problem
Are your dash lights on also? A common problem is if you have you Rain Sensing wipers on, your headlights will be on. On a Lesabre if you have your wipers on for more than 6 seconds all the lights will come on, as if it were night. Just turn you wipers off completely and it should be good.

Re: Daytime Running Light problem
This is not exactly a reply, but I have similar problems with my running lights.
They never are the daytime mode any more. No matter day or night, I can turn on the high beams. The additional problem I have is that my dash lights are always in the night time mode (dim) and they don't automatically brighten during the day. Could it be my dash sensor? |
