New to this Community

Hey everyone.
I stumbled upon this site when I was trying to find out if the Hasegawa Ferrari 250 Testarossa was worth getting. Based upon what I've seen here I would say it is (looking at the "Out of the box" build I saw) so I placed an order for that and the Revell 250 GTO that I have always dreamed of having a model of it.
I've pretty much always built out of the box (ie, not any of the extra plumbing and details that can obviously be done) but I try to stick with the high quality kits from Tamiya, Fujimi, and now Hasegawa. I can see now that I need to step up in the quality of my builds though for my enjoyment as well! I'll post some of my recently completed kits (ie, my good ones) and hope to get some insight into some of the extra detailing that I can use on mine.
Thanks,
Greg

Hi & welcome to AF!

hope you didn't bruise yourself after that 'stumble'!!!

good choice you made on the 250TR but a bad one on revell 250GTO...
there's been a comparison on all the GTOs' in the post...revell (aka protar) didn't fare well.

if it's not too late, switch to the fujimi GTO instead!!!

cheers!
