1995 strut spring removal

I have a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus and I am trying to remove the front strut springs. The 2 strut spring compressors I do have are too big and will not fit into the springs because they are so small. Does anyone know how to remove them? Do I need a special type of spring compressor for this type of spring? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

just remove struts and bring everything up to ur local front end alignment shop and have them swap your springs and you will need an alignment when the jobs finished so u can make an oppointment while you are there.
springs could have alot of pressure on them better to let someone who does it all the time handle it i am sure it wont cost must if you remove the struts.
besides i am sure you like the present location of your nose.
