1992 Cavalier 2.2 ran intermittently then died, has spark and fuel pressure

I have a 1992 Cavalier with a 2.2L engine that used to run rough and now currently will not even start.

It orignally first died on my wife then started and got her home after resting for 5-10 minutes.

I did plugs/wires/fuel filter/air filter and took it for a test. At first it ran fine then after about 5 minutes it started missing (at various speeds throughout the range). The missing would come and go. Sometimes it would stall and sometimes it would run fine. I eventually got it home where it would sometime idle smooth and sometimes idle rough in the driveway. Now it will not even start or sputter.

I checked the fuel pressure and it is good (42-47 psi). If I pull the wires off one at a time it appears there is spark at all cylinders. The resistance on the injectors is all within range and the TPS is good. Also, it is not producing any trouble codes.

Any ideas of things to try would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Todd

Try spraying some carb/intake cleaner in the air intake, sounds like the fuel injectors aren't firing. Disconnect the connector from one and connect a noid light, it should flash while cranking. If it doesn't, check to see if you're missing power or ground.
