starting problem on 99 firebird

The car delays in starting after it has been driven and sits for about 1/2 hr.
The car starts normal when it is cold. The car has no performance issues when driven in the city or at highway speeds. The car also idles normal. I have replaced the coil packs, crankshaft position sensor, wires, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, etc.

Define "delays in starting".

What type of engine does it have? I have a Blazer with the 4.3l that did the same thing (if you mean cranks longer than normal). It was a leaky fuel injector spider thing.
