One of the best MotoGP Model I've seen built

This is probably the most intense and best built MotoGP model I've seen so far.

http://www.mobile01.com/newsdetail.php?id=5933
The whole web page is devoted to the WIP build.

Really nice build, but why do detailers go to all that effort and then insist on using those flippin awful Tamiya screws for the exhaust hangers, swing arm bolt, axles etc? Doesn't take much effort to swop 'em out for something decent!

I agree, more over, the clear red on the exhaust is a bit over the top. A small thouch of smoke and then clear flat would have done the job...

Anybody else find it amusing that he bought all this aftermarket crap to detail it, but he can't be bothered to remove pushpin marks...?

The paintwork is excellent, and I'd understand leaving the one on the bellcrank- but the one on the reservoir kinda jumps out.

Loads of options out there. Hers's a couple of pages from one supplier:

There's a guy in America doing small nuts and bolts to order who has a good reputation...shall try to locate him for you.
