Which Thermostat Temp?

I live in AZ and am wondering which thermostat temp I should go with?

i live in pa and i always ran a 190 degree thermostat. but everyone is different some poeple run 180 and some as low as 160

The factory tempt stat and what you should run is 192-195.
Lower temp stat will sludge up engine in cooler weather and keep the engine from running right.
Also will not help cool in wamer weather.
