Sub wheels

So I'm looking for a used Sub. I've found a few with 20" wheels which I don't care for. I'd like a rig with standard wheels/tires. What is the standard size?

I ran into a used 05 that has 17" factory wheels but I though the standard size were 16". Are 16-17" tires going for about the same price. Does one perform better than the other?

Thanks for your help,
1Slugger

Re: Sub wheels

My '04 came with optional 17" wheels. Standard is 16". 17" tires cost a bit more but I like the look without compromising the ride like a 20" would.

Re: Sub wheels

Well I lucked out and found a better 04 yesterday that came home with me. Had new tires on the "upgraded" 17" wheels. Looks like I'm good to go for rubber for now.
