I need help

I want to go to school to design cars. My time to choose is running out. I have already heard of Kettering (formaly GMI) and it is a shit pit, and i want nothing to do with it. Is there any other schools that would be a good choice? I have tried all the Find a College websites, and they didn't help at all. So i figured where better to ask for help than the automotive forums, for help find a automotive school. I would like to keep it in the midwest, Ohio, Michigan, ish area. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Re: I need help

Well what do you want to design. There is an awful lot of parts on a car. If your looking for design bodies and doing styling you might look into an art school. If your looking at design the mechanics or electrical systems you need to look into engineering (thats what I am currently doing).
If you check here often ill try to help you out as much as I can. I went through the whole college decision last year and leared alot from it.
Also you must post specs of your T/A.

Re: I need help

Oh that would be great.
I am looking into the mechanical side of the auto design spectrum.
