swapping seat backs?

well...that tear in my seat is getting on my nerves and if i had $100 i'd get this seat and harness
http://www.carolinahondas.com/showthread.php?t=51276

but since i don't i'm considering changing out the my seat back with the passenger side while i either source another seat or get mine repaired...i'm looking at an exploded view of the seat and thinking the recline adjuster won't bolt in on the other side...any one know if this will work? are there mounting holes on the opposite side for the reclining adjuster?

Re: swapping seat backs?

I believe we tried this w/ the sedan seats from my red one... no luck tho, had to swap the d-side seat back off a junkyard seat.

You want those CRX Si seats I have? Make an offer and pay for shipping.

Be reasonable tho.

Re: swapping seat backs?

Thinking about it... the pivot guide on the inside of the seats might be the same pattern as the adjuster guide... you should pull the plastics and check them out.. just measure it up.
