Need torque specs for 93 4.0L

Hello Guys

I am looking for the torque specs for the head bolts, rocker arm rails, and main bearings. Any one have these so I don't have to guess. For a 93 Explorer 4.0 L V6

cylinder head 44 ft lb lower intake 3-6 ft lb.
step 2 cylinder head 59 ft lbs intake 6-11 ft lb
step 3 head bolts 80-85 degrees intake 11-15
step 4 intake 15-18 ft lbs
rocker arm 46-52 ft lbs
upper intake 15-18
main bearing 66-77
rod bearing 19-24
crank shaft damper 30-37 ft lbs 90 degrees
flywheel 59 ft lbs
