20 in on lumina, help pleazzz

I just bought a 1998 lumina ltz. They come with 16 in. rims and tires are 225/60 R16. I want to upgrade to 20 in real badddd. DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF 20'S WILL FIT???? And is there any sites that sell cheap rims and tires or used rims and tires. I would appreciate any help, thanks...
