Question 06 grand prix door lock problem

I,m having a problem with the driver side front lock which will only lock and won't unlock via the switch or the keyless remote. The other three work fine,so I thought it was the actuator.I changed it and the problem still exists. It locks but won't unlock and the switch controls the other locks fine. What gives!???? And help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Where the post originally Shep? He had one at Grand Prix too so I soft deleted it since you replied in the one moved.

Best thing to do is properly troubleshoot the problem with a GM wiring diagram from the FSM and test equipment like a multimeter (DMM). This could be wiring but possibly a body control module (BCM).
