Talking i did it, the civic is gettin sold and i pick up my red 86' coralla hatch tomorrow!!!

as long as there aren't any unforseen problems or me gettin stabbed in the back, i buy the car tomorrow and pick it up in a week. now the only question is what aare the first things i should do to an older carburated car like this, i've never bought something of this age and need to know what i should do to tune it up aside from the usual filters, fluids and spark plugs? by the way, i'll sell my 97 civic for $6500 if anyone interested, it needs a new d16y8.

You should change all the fluids, and get some carburetor cleaner, and a fuel filter, those carbs are a bitcha! You gotta be nutz to dump a fuel injected car!
