94 Ford Ranger Steering Gearbox

I found this truck for sale and the only problem with it it is the steering gearbox. I was wondering is this something that is difficult to fix or would this be something I my self can do.

Call a scrap yard and get a price for a used one. Ask your parts store they can send them to a rebuilder if they don't have one on a shelf. If you don't do this type of work this is your best option. You could replace a seal but getting other parts are hard to obtain.
