Side Mirror fell out (not off, out)

My side mirror just fell out of its housing today. From what is sitting in my lap my guess is that I need to buy three new plastic pegs, matching screws, and glue. That is, I have the mirror with the motor all in fine condition and ready to be reinstalled, but I have to clear what remains of the old pegs (they are broken off in the holes of the cowling for the mirror) and then reinstall the mirror/motor assembly.

Can anyone recommend -- are these plastic pegs available in an auto store or do I need to McGuyver something? Also, does anyone have a glue recommendation? I live in Maryland and get 0 degree winters and 100 degree summers.
