Electrical problems

I have a 2000 breeze...

1. The passenger window will roll down and up from driver control, but will not roll up from passenger control.

2. Power locks do not work from either control. Checked all fuses, they are fine.

3. Occasionally when driving speedometer, tach, odometer, and heat gauges go out and in place of the odometer it reads no bus.

Any help would be appreciated. I am slowly becoming a self-taught mechanic because this car was not well maintained when I bought it.
