1998 Passport.. Coil Problem..

Hello everyone i have a problem with my 1998 honda passport and its a 3.2L V6 4WD. Let me start from the beginning of what i have done to the car.. first off we took out the left side of the head and did a valve job. We cleaned everything up and hooked everything back up fine. Now the problem.. Only the coils on the left side is firing and the right side coils is not firing. So im only running on 3 cylinders on the left side that we did. What can be the cause of my car only running on 3 cylinder? before we did the valve job all 6 cylinders was firing. So any suggestions?

BTW: we are getting spark to the coils, but the coils isnt firing. Fuel ok, ECU ok, Muffler system ok. So where is the next lead?
