Coolant Temperature Sensor on 3.4 V6--Where Is It?

I had an overheating issue the other day . . . couldn't find a leak, and now it won't overheat for me, so for now I'm just replacing the thermostat and the coolant temp sensor. The thermostat is simple enough, but the sensor is totally fried and I can't find it. Can anybody give me a hint here? It's a '95 with the old 3.4 V6.

Front of the intake manifold or in the waterneck?
