clutch release bearing replacement
hey guys,
i was wondering if anyone happened to have a step by step for replacing a throwout bearing... it sounds lame, but i've never done one before and i was looking for pointers, tips, tricks, etc... thanks! ps - ive got the 2.2 with the NV1500 5 speed.

4W drive?
If the throwout bearing is bad it may need a new clutch and pressure plate and clutch slay cylinder. How many miles on clutch? What is the throwout bearing doing or not doing?
