95 blazer lt 4x4 needs help or dies

i have a 95 blazer lt 4x4 with the 4.3 vortec v6 with the edi ing. system and a hole lot of problems. first to start it you got to pump the gas pedal. not good being fuel injected. once you get it started it lops runs rough and idols up to 2000 rpm. the block is in time and the ing.system is in time. and we cant find a thing in the book to idol it down. we have been working on this thing for 2 weeks putin in new gaskets and all. wife said it runs or she starts selling parts and buys her a new toy

On the idle check TBI buttery fly and clean it with carb cleaner or tbi cleaner.
Check iac valve and egr valve for carbon.
Check pcv valve and for vacuum leaks
Any check engine lights?
If so post back codes.
Does it run good on the road.
