No power to radiator fan on..

A 1988 buick century, tested connection with a 12v test light no power but don't know where else to check.

there is a fuse, a relay and a sensor in the engine that could cause no power to the fans. You're going to need a repair manual to locate the components and for wiring diagrams for more thorough diagnosis.
