Hooking up a Scosche FM Modulator to a factory Chevy Prizm 2001 stereo?

I'm not really sure how to do it... I've got my adapter and everything, but the problem is that I don't know where to connect the ground (black) and the power (red) wires to.

I'm not smart with car audio... at ALL. So thanks.

the black wire is a ground ... it connects to metal behind the dash. The red wire is power, it goes to a wire that has power when the ignition is on.
