2001 Cavalier Headlight Issue

The headlight problem with my vehicle is that I have no Daytime Running Lights and no Low Beams, the High Beams work normally. I confirmed that it's not the DRL Relay, Bulbs or Multi Function Switch on the column. Another thing I tested was putting ground to the green w/black tracer wire (located in the fuse block) and the DRL's came on. I took it to the dealer and the codes in the computer were B2600 DRL error and B2602 DRL Relay output short to ground or open. Has anyone experienced this problem or come up with any results. Thanks.
