Kenwood KAC-7202 Fuse problems

I have a kenwood KAC-7202 Stereo power amplifier, its hooked up to two 12inch subs and it goes to a Alpine Deck. Once I get up to about 20-25 volume the fuse burns out. Its a size 30 of the standard plastic fuses. Why does it continue to burn out the fuse? How do I fix this?

Don't know much of anything about the technical part of installations and things like that. Just let me know what I need to stop the fuse from popping/burning out.

you most likely are playing the amp past it's max volume and it's just protecting itself. How much power does this amp produce and what size (gauge) power and ground wires do you have ?

Not sure how to measure current power output, guessing just a regular voltometer. I also read in this manual i got today that the size fuse should be 40 AX1 so instead of the 30 I am going to try that see how much better this thing can go. I didnt do the wiring myself so not positive on that but i can find out. I believe they used the rockford RFK4, the only thing diffrent is that instead of the 60amp i have a 100amp at the battery.

Just tried the 40 amp fuse and it gets higher volume (around 26-10) then still burns out, also noticing that the bass kicks on and off at times, maybe a loose connection?

check your ground and power connections, make sure they are tight
