Front AC drain???

I have asked and looked to the ends of the earth for a drain to the front AC on my 92 astro "W" AWD.

I know that I am to look for the evaporator housing which I can see that it is bolted to the firewall on the passenger side of the van. When I get under the van, the evaporator housing is just above the frame and I cannot get a good look at the underside of the evaporator housing since the frame is in the way.

I have taken off the right front tire and removed the inner wheel shroud. Looking into the engine compartment from the right wheel, I can see two pipes that come out from under the evaporator housing. Of these two pipes, one goes up over the engine, the other splits into two and appears to go to the back AC. I still cannot find a drain.

Where is the drain located? Under the evaporator housing closer to the firewall side, or farthest away from the firewall side?

If I have to remove other components to the engine I would like to know.

I would really appreciate the pointers and help on this one.
