1999 Venture

I recently bought a 1999 Venture, however we noticed the driver side front blinker was out we replaced it and it blew both of themthe front driver side and the front passenger side. Also the gas gauge doens't work, sometimes it goes all the way to Full and sometimes it stays on Empty. also the over head reading, i dont know what it's called, the display that show the temp and everything is reading off also. any suggestions on what the problems could be will be helpful. thank you!
