Fuel Throttle Stuck Open?

Even while in park my car sounds as if someone is stomping on the gas. Any suggestions? I can't get the beast to a garage until Thurs. Pretty scary that this happened while trying to stop at a stop light last night.

Cleaning the Throttle Body isn't a difficult task. Have you ever worked on a car before?
