Exclamation 1993 3.3L V6 (Non-SE) Intrepid Electrical Problems

Searching the forums, after registering (as I typically do before posting), I can't find what I'm looking for. So maybe somebody here can help me.

I have a 1993 Dodge Intrepid (3.3LV6 Non-SE) that's ugly. It being ugly is beside the point heh. Anyhow, my tail lights are not working. I've checked the fuse (Slot 8 - 15A) and it was blown. So I put another 15A in it and as soon as I turned my lights on, I watched the fuse blow up as well. So, me being a smart ass and wanting things fixed, I put a 20A fuse in.

Well, I turned on my lights and it didn't pop, so I was hoping it'd work. They did work. Now, I put the face plate of my radio on to turn the radio on. The fuse didn't blow up but the tail lights went out... Again.

So here's the 'deal' of whats going on.

My Clips do not work. Only my Headlights/Brights, Brake Lights and Reverse lights work. Any ideas?

Wiring problem? Its stock, by the way.

Please help! Ahhhh
