injector wires burned

The wires to the TBI injectors on my sons 95 5.7 litre 4x4 have burned up. Got them seperated and taped up to get him home but need repair ideas.

Re: injector wires burned

How or where or why did the burn up?

From a short or something hot melted insulation?

If it is in a spot where you can splice in the bad wires just splice in some good wires.
Always solder connections and use heat shrink tubing.
Otherwise to get the wiring you may have to buy a complete wiring.
On shorted wiring comp insurance may cover repair on it.
