buy or not 2006 LTZ

I have a chance to buy this car for $11,500. Fully loaded. Very good condition,34,800 miles, 2.2l eng,Auto,power every thing,pwr sun roof, 4 wheel disc brakes, leather spoiler. kbb exc-retail 13,610. kbb pp exc -12,635.
What I want to know is this car reliable. I plan on keeping it atleast 5 years if I buy it. I put around 15,000 a year. good buy or not for the price.

A co-worker of mine purchased one and has been very happy with it. The only issue he had was the tourque converter leaking and it was replaced under warranty
