Parting out a white 96 FFV

A neighbor from down the street stopped by tonight and said that his Taurus transmission has been slipping for a while and now the car is overheating on him. I gave it a quick look for him and there's quite a delay when the tranny is put in gear. He also has low compression on the #4 cylinder. The car has been used and abused but has tons of good parts on it. He asked if I wanted anything from it since he is going to send it to the scrap yard on Thursday. Since I keep my baby running like a top (wink wink) I didn't need anything. I told him I would ask if anyone else could use anything.
The car is a 1996 Taurus GL. White exterior with a blueish interior (smokers car) It has a 3.0 FFV Vulcan motor with 105K. I just gave it a quick look but it seemed like everything worked.
