Installed new timing belt and waterpump,plugs, wires,headgasket kit and new valve seats . now I cant start car I think during reinstall belt is off can some one give me some direction? car just cranks but will not start

Go to the parts store and pick up a Haynes/Chiltons and read up. It will tell you how to make sure your timing is correct.
And you will probably need it later on anyways.

make sure your crank and cam gears are lined up properly: cam gear has a mark labled "up" and two marks that lines up to the top of the head. Bring the crank to 0 degrees TDC and install T-belt. If the T-belt is off and you crank the engine over you may have other issues now..like bent valves. I doubt it came off so double check that the belt was installed with cam and crank in time with each other. double check your electrical connections that you may have loosened or knocked off by accident
