Getting warm to Hot

[Where is my 3.4]

Hello this may help I have a tacoma 3.4 the truck has been getting a bit warm (hot) not in the red but about too weeks ago So I started to check some things and the radiator was cold at bottom and hot at top and the temp was half on the gage and I drove it a week or so more and I was at a stop light and I had my scan tool hook up and it was at 230f and drove off and it went to 215 to 210 to 220 and I put a new thermostat and no change so about a week later my new radiator came in so I drove it to work and it never got over 195 - 188 so this may help some one that thinks the truck is overheating
